Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as expected. If your item is unused and in new condition, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of purchase with proof of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as a gift card for purchases made with a gift card. Unfortunately, opened, damaged, or items without a receipt may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you're unsure about your item, please reach out to us for clarification.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
For the quickest way to receive the item you want, return the item you have, and after it's accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once your return has been processed, you'll receive an email notification confirming the refund. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
